What is PASS?
PASS—Parent Access to Supplemental Supports—is a Texas program that provides eligible families with a $400 online grant for approved tutoring services supporting reading growth.

Who Qualifies?
Texas public school students who scored “Did Not Meet Grade Level” in reading on the 3rd-grade state assessment.

How It Works

1. Create a PASS Portal account.

2. Apply when the application opens.

3. Once approved, select a tutor.

4. Select Oglesby Beckles Education Center as your provider.

5. Begin receiving personalized reading support.
